Job Commitment Bonus

Introduction

When registered to the Job Commitment Bonus Program, newly employed Saudi nationals who have already enrolled in Hafiz Searching for Employment, in Hafiz Difficulty Finding Employment, or in Employment Support can now benefit from cash rewards..

The amount of the reward is calculated based on a number of criteria, with individuals belonging to one of 4 different groups - each group is eligible to receive a different level of rewards over a different amount of time. The plans vary between 3 and 4 installments, over the course of 2 years and for a full cash amount that can reach up to 24,000 SAR.

Beneficiaries

Applicants enrolling in Hafiz, Searching for Employment and Hafiz, Difficulty Finding Employment should in general meet the following requirements:

  • Should be a Saudi national, or having a Saudi mother.
  • Should be aged between 20 and 60 years.
  • Should be eligible to work.
  • Should not be employed neither in the public nor private sectors.
  • Should not be a trainee neither at a academical nor a professional level.
  • Should not be a full time student.
  • Should not have any traiding or commercial activities.
  • Should not be a prisoner or deceased.
  • Should not be benefititng from a fixed pension or a financial support or from a social facility lodging.
  • Should not have benifited from a 2,000 SAR salary or above for the past 12 months.
  • Should not be currently benefiting from a monthly income that exceeds 3,000 SAR.
  • Should have completed the latest academical enrollment succesfully, more than 6 months prior to their application to the program.
  • Should have applied for the program within the set deadlines for application.
  • Should not have been be previously suspended from Hafiz Searching for Employment or Hafiz Difficulty Finding Employment programs.
  • Should have enrolled in their job for less than 100 days at time of application to the program.
  • Should be a resident of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for at least 6 months prior application to the program and 10 months while benefiting from the program.
  • Should have enrolled in the past in the program under one employer only in order to be allowed, once again and at a different time, to re-apply under a different employer; all of that if providing the he did not spend 3 months on the program.
  • Should be working with the same employer until considered eligible for receiving the payment.
  • Should not have benefited in the past from the Job Commitment Bonus.
  • Should not be benefiting from other financial support programs by HRDF except for Incremental Support program.

Also;

  • The Job Commitment Bonus Program is valid for one year from the start of implementation with a renewal option at the end of every year;
  • Applicants will be considered eligible for receiving the payment at the end of the month assuming he/she already completed the period of eligibility (ex. If someone applies and registers on the 10th of January, he/she will receive the first payment at the end of May and not the end of April).

Group 1:
Applicants belonging to this group should meet the following requirements:

  • Should have benefited in the past from Hafiz, Searching for Employment program.

Group 2:
Applicants belonging to this group should meet the following requirements:

  • Should find the adequate job while benefiting from the Hafiz Difficulty Finding Employment program;
  • Should not have benefited in the past from Hafiz, Searching for Employment program.

Group 3:
Applicants belonging to this group should meet the following requirements:

  • Should find the adequate job while benefiting from the Hafiz Difficulty Finding Employment program;
  • Should have benefited and completed in the past the Hafiz, Searching for Employment program;

Group 4:
Applicants belonging to this group should meet the following requirements:

  • Should be unemployed for at least 6 months since the last position he filled;
  • Should not have benefited from Hafiz Searching for Employment or Hafiz Difficulty Finding Employment, but rather Employment Support;
